After thinking hard on how to make the clan better in certain factors I came over this Idea,
A scrim manager

The scrim manager, doesnt necesarily have to play the scrims, just has to set them up,
so A co scrim manager might be good to.


Also Scrim Leader,
Ok yes yes you always takes who is on, but some scrims can be set later on, so you can prepare a team, so its the scrims leader, to select players he sees fit to scrim, NOT HIS FRIENDS OR PPL THAT ASK the ones he SEES as good players, who work as a team, so he is in charge of trying out members of the clan and OVERSEEING a PROPER scrim practice and not a classic ASM one etc etc.
