I lost my account

OK... for some reason I can't log onto my account anymore. My pass is not working, and my secret question changed too. And I think they changed my password 2 times cuz it keeps asking my what was it last set to?

when I try to get my password back it asks me this questions that I never set it to.
I set it to be about my mom maiden name... and now it changed...

Yeah. Whoever stole your account probably changed the secret question too... You need to either email your parent's first name, last name, and last for digits of their credit care number if you bought it online. If you have the retail box then take a picture or scan the cd key.

If you bought the game in a box like alex said then you need to actvate it with a code.
Open a support ticket somewhere on this website www.steampowered.com. click on support then you will need that code so you can proof that thats your account and then you can get it back.

I got this game one year ago and it says that it has to be purchased in the last 80 days
