to all admins plz read this is the only warning i will give to u. do not abuse ur powers. never be too fast on the trigger for banning. wen sumone kills for no reason on PURPOSE plz slay them and if its by accident then burn or dont do anything to them. plz never use ban more than an hour unless this person really deserves a day ban. only hackers deserve more than a day ban. u may use ur kicking players privilege but do not abuse it. if sumone shoots a t by accident dont slay. if sumone shoots a t on PURPOSE then BURN them. and last of all DONT LISTEN TO BLACKLIGHT HAHAHA.

Well, part of what you said Richard, is kinda weird. What I do.
1) I perma ban hackers.
2) I slay even if the ct kills by accident BECAUSE they still deserved to get punished.
3) My order of punishment for killling for no reason is something like this : Slay, Slay, Kick, Kick, Ban for 1 hour, Ban for 1 day, Ban for 3 days, Ban for 7 days. I will never Perma ban rulebreakers.
4) When you said only hackers deserve more than a day ban, were you stoned or something? Hackers deserver a PERMA ban.

Mike now that Im not in ASM Id like to settle our differences because I do still see you as a great admin and good scrimmer, as well as a funny guy as long as ur not bein a doucheburger...

tl;dr

You're saying what any admin should already know.

1. Don't abuse
2. Don't ban without warning or just cause
3. If someone kills for no reason, tell them to read the motd.
a. if they repeat, kick them.
b. if they do it again, ban for a bit.
4. If its by accident, then warn them. then go through 3a to b.
5. Hackers should be perma banned and given the chance to appeal in the forums.
6. Kicking players should be first before banning.
a. only kick with reason and warning
